3 outfits post: snapshots- tri odjevne kombinacije (i moj komentar o Uzoru)


Hello, how's life been treating you? Here are some snapshots of three outfits that I hadn't posted yet.  The quality isn't perfect as the photos were taken with a cell. Lipi moji, kako ste? Evo par fotki s mobitela.  Još nešto...Ne ide mi u glavu ova privatizacija i pljačka u Hrvatskoj, a žao mi je vidjeti kako nam propada tekstilna industrija jer bez nje nema ni modne. Često sam pogotovo u zadnje vrijeme (mada im moj skromni prilog baš i nije mogao pomoći) kupovala u modnoj kući Uzor i stvarno im je odjeća kvalitetna. Žao mi je radnica i što se takve stvari događaju.
1.  Sporty....About the outfit: Leggings, above the knee socks and heat warmers- I'm not taking any change with the cold:)



2. Sandy ....About the outfit: I really like wide trousers and these sandy ones are just perfect, too bad that the fashion house that use to make them is in financial difficulties. Volim široke hlače i zvone, a ove su iz modne kuće Uzor. Baš sam jučer gledala emisiju o njima. 







3. rainy days...About the outfit: this faux leather coat  is my first choice when it is  raining. Underneath I'm wearing a red jacket as I always dress warm. The weather conditions were exactly friendly, so you'll excuse the poor photo quality.

    nice to see 3 more outfits from you.

    My fav is clearly No. 2: i love this "simple" coloured Outfit. This polo neck Shirt is awesome! The coat is also great and your pants is also my taste.

    No 1: this little handbag looks really comfy, isnt it?

    No 3: unfortunately the pics are to dark to see the details from your outfit. But i think this cloak is fantastic.

THE WILD GIRLS, A STORY BY URSULA K. LE GUIN (REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION)

Hello fellow bloggers and/or blog readers! In this post, I'll share my review for Ursula K. Le Guin short story The Wild Girls . Published in 2011, this powerful short story tells a touching tale of slavery , trauma , loss and survival. Sisterly love is at the core of this immensely sad, complex and profound story. If you want to read an intelligent and multifaceted story focused on female characters, and set in a dystopian society, look no further. Don't expect a happy ending, though! This is not that kind of story. I actually listened to this short story (that isn't so short, it sorts of feels like a novella). I planned to listen to it while I do Pilates, but I wasn't aware of how serious and tragic the story truly was. SHADOW AND BONE BY LEIGH BARDUGO (BOOK REVIEW AND RECOMMENDATION)

Hello dear readers and fellow bloggers! In this post, I shall review Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo ,  the first novel in the Shadow and Bone trilogy. Published in 2012, Shadow and Bone is a young adult fantasy novel featuring a young female protagonist Alina Starkov who tries to find her way in a world troubled by war and class divisions. The novel is set in Ravka, a fantasy world inspired by feudal Russia, but still unique in its own way. The world Alina Starkov inhabits has its own mythology and magic, and the worldbuilding is quite interesting. For example, there are Grishas, people who have magical powers, that are partly based on study of science and partly on instinct.
