 Hello! How are you doing? I've been working hard writing and preparing new content for this little digital place to call my own. I have a lot of interesting projects in the making, book reviews and different articles to finish up and polish before publishing. In the meantime, I decided to share a few more simple fashion sketches and illustrations with you. Therefore, today I'm back with another FASHION ILLUSTRATION FRIDAY post. As you might know, I often post my fashion art on Friday. You could even say it is somewhat of a regular feature on my blog.  I envisioned this post to be light and easy. There will be plenty of more substantial, intellectual and even borderline academic posts in the future.  Today I shall review One, No One and One Hundred Thousand , a novel by Italian writer Luigi Pirandello.  Published in 1926, this existential masterpiece was long in the making. In fact, the author started working on it as early as 1909.  Once it was finally completed, One, No One and One Thousand was published in episodes in an Italian literary magazine  Literature Fair ( La Fiera Letteraria ) . Pirandello described this novel (in an autobiographical letter) as the bitterest of his works but also humoristic. I would agree with his statement. This novel is quite bitter, but at the same time it is wonderfully funny.   One, No One and One Hundred Thousand  tells a quest of one man searching for his identity. The title references a moment when Moscarda, the protagonist of this novel, realizes that he has many identities. Hello! Today I'm back with a book review. About a month ago, I reviewed and praised a novel Marina or About Autobiography by Croatian author Irena Vrkljan. This particular novel has had a lasting effect on me, so I tend to think quite highly  of its author.  Best know for non-linear poetical autobiographical novels, Irena Vrkljan was an authentic writer with an unique voice. She lived and worked both in Croatia and Austria (Vienna). Irena died last year, but her artistic legacy survives.  Today I'll review another of Vrkljan's novels, but this time a crime novel. I was quite curious the first time I came across The Last Voyage to Vienna . Now, I rena is not the kind of writer I would expect to write a crime novel, mostly because her writing style is quite poetical and artistic. I was surprised by how easily she switched genres.
