Again I'm sharing old pics. This is actually the first field trip my darling and I have made together: Buna. For some reason I think ducks are romantic, so I decided to go with these pics and congratulate you Valentine's day. Happy V-day! Evo ponovo neke stare fotografije, ovaj put sa prvog izleta na kojem sam bila sa dragim. Činilo mi se nekako prigodno jer je sutra Valentinovo i tako to... Sretno Valentinovo! I da iz nekog razlika mislim kako su patke romantične, pa nadam se da će vam se svidjet fotografije!

    wearing a Blazer is always a elegance thing - for me. Now i see, that you have the same taste! I dont like Jeans a lot, so i wished you would wear another pants - maybe from a Business Costume or a part of an pantsuit.

 Welcome Spring! We welcome thy beauty! We also fear thy evil twin- The Spring Fatigue. Like in a telenovela, one rarely comes without the other. Both are inevitable, so let's just welcome the first and try to manage the other until it perishes (in a slow motion) in a fatal car accident. It was over 40 degrees Celsius (that's over 100 Fahrenheit) when these photographs were taken. Seriously! I'm obviously a desert type when I'm able to enjoy being out at midday in a city that is practically an oven. If you did not know Mostar city is surrounded by mountains and hills which pretty much turns it into an urban oven. Yes, this city is a champion of unbelievably high temperatures during the Summer. So, this hat was as much a necessity as a fashion statement. Wearing a hat when temperature is over 100 Fahrenheit is a sound idea, believe me. Speaking of Fahrenheits,  have you read  Fahrenheit 451  by Ray Bradbury? You should, you know, it really is a brilliant dystopian novel.   Hello readers and fellow bloggers!  Welcome Spring. What does Spring means to you?  To me, it means a great many things. This year, it meant a possibility of a longer spring break. As the school I'm currently teaching in is an International one, obviously this means different cultures and nationalities. We try to organize our school breaks in a way to meet everyone's cultural needs. This year we opted for a shorter winter break in favour of a longer spring one. Therefore, I have finally found some time for blogging.  I must say it's nice being able to finally visit your blogs and all. Painting of the day (A Lioness) / Slika dana (Lavica)

When I woke up this morning, the first thing I did was walk to the kitchen. Naturally, I was there to make coffee (can’t start a day without it) but while I was at it, I decided to also make a nice cup of warm chocolate. I figured that one can’t have too many warm drinks when the weather is misbehaving. Plus, I wanted something to drink right away, and because preparing coffee my style takes a while (wouldn’t be caught dead drinking instant coffee;)) I opted for warm chocolate first and it was nice but I have to remember to make my own instant coffee again, I’m sure that stuff they sell in shops are full of all kinds of unhealthy stuff. Speaking of health, I have had a cold for a week now, my throat is still sore and my vocal cords are in pitiful state.  I'm not a big fan of my voice right now, but most people seem to like it. With summer being in full spring, I caught myself thinking about iconic summer outfits. Do you know what came to my mind? Costumes/outfits worn by Monica Belluci when she played Malena Scordia in an iconic Italian movie set on Sicily.  The costumes for that movie were designed by an acclaimed Italian costume designer Maurizio Millenotti and he outdone himself! Seeing that Malena is a historical movie, Maurizio choose quite timeless outfits and cuts that will ever go out of style. That fact makes Malena movie the perfect place to look for inspiration! Moreover, I feel that Monica Belluci's personal style is quite similar to Malena's (i.e. to the style of the character she is playing). If you spent each day on a different Croatian island, it would take you three years to visit them all, as there are more than a 1, 200 islands in Croatia.
